2011 Grievance Day - May 24th

The 2011 Tentative Assessments will be available May 2nd. For the 2011 Assessment Roll, go to www.co.dutchess.ny.us/CountyGov/Departments/RealPropertyTax/19570.htm.

Grievance Day is May 24th. Hours are:

9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Grievance forms (FORM # RP 524) may be filed with the Assessor from May 2nd to Grievance Day. The complaints will be transmitted to the Board of Assessment Review on or before that date.

After May 2nd, you may schedule a meeting with the Assessor or Real Property Appraiser to review information and assessments.
