2009 Leaf Pick-Up Schedule

Vacuum Truck Loose Leaf Pick-Up

Please have your leaves out to the road the 1st day of your Ward's schedule.

What Ward am I in?

The Highway Department will not be picking up any brush.

Bagged Leaves

Beginning October 13th, the Highway Department will be giving out paper leaf bags to Town of Poughkeepsie residents ONLY: Mon-Fri. 8am-3pm at the Highway Office, located at 8 Burnett Blvd. Only leaves in biodegradable paper bags will be picked up. Absolutely no plastic bags will be accepted.

Throughout our leaf schedule, a separate truck will be circulating through the Town picking up bagged leaves. Please place your paper leaf bags roadside as you fill them, and a truck will be through to collect them periodically.
