The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has required the Town of Poughkeepsie to identify the significant users of the municipal collection/treatment system. Please fill out the Industrial User Pretreatment Questionnaire for your business. If you also received a Facility Mercury Use Survey, please fill that form out as well for every business that you own.
